Help With My Gallery

Use the "My Gallery" feature to collect, view and print sets of images during your current session at the NYPL Picture Collection Online web site.

Creating a Gallery

You may create a new gallery at any time by clicking the 'Add to My Gallery' link that appears directly below any thumbnail.

Adding or Removing Images to a Gallery

You can add images to a gallery from any search results page by clicking the 'Add to My Gallery' link that appears directly below any image. To remove an image from your active gallery change the quantity to "0."

Viewing Your Gallery

To view or return to your gallery, click the 'My Gallery' link located at the top of every page within this site.

Deleting a Gallery

Your images are held in session for 20 minutes after your last modification. Any selections you have made from the collection will be cleared from our system after that time so there's no need to delete your gallery.
